alpha-test GmbH was entered in the Commercial Register of the City of Mannheim, Germany on 2 January 2000. The purpose of the company was listed as the "provision of a virtual test library on the Internet". From a pioneer with an idea, the company has grown into a service provider whose global customers value the professional support and competence in developing solutions to the challenges HR departments are facing today.
ALPHA-TEST currently has 50 employees assigned to numerous projects. This includes the implementation of online tests in recruiting as well as the execution of potential online and offline evaluations in the form of assessment centers.
Psychology and IT are our core competencies with which we develop classic assessment centers as well as online tests and AI-supported systems. This is where the future lies.
